Baby Nails & Wax

Services

At B.A.B.Y Nails & Wax., we are committed to providing high-quality and safe services to all our clients. We prioritize the well-being of our clients and technicians alike. In situations where a client’s medical condition may pose a risk to the safety or comfort of our technicians, we reserve the right to refuse service. This policy aims to ensure a safe and conducive working environment for our technicians while maintaining a high standard of service for our clients.

Nail Fix

If you need to have your nails fixed and it’s still under our guarantee policy, please go back to the salon that originally did your nails. If you go to another salon then you will be subject to paying for the nail fix. If you notify our salons of any issues outside of the warranty period, then you will be subject to paying for any repairs in full.

Regular Polish

Regular polish is a short-term polish that we do not guarantee due to its delicacy. For longer lasting polish, we do recommend gel polish or dip powder. 

Gel Polish

Gel is a long lasting polish that we guarantee for 7 days only if the polish was applied along with a manicure. If your gel manicure chips within 7 days, please let us know right away so that we can arrange a fix for you. Please go back to the original salon where you had your nails done.  If you go to another salon then you will be subject to paying for the nail fix. Please be prepared to let us know which salon you went to, the day you came and the technician that worked on you. If you notify our salons of any issues outside of the warranty period, then you will be subject to paying for any repairs in full.

Dip Powder

We guarantee dip powder for 7 days. If your dip powder chips within 7 days, please let us know right away so that we can arrange a fix for you. Please go back to the original salon where you had your nails done.  If you go to another salon then you will be subject to paying for the nail fix. Please be prepared to let us know which salon you went to, the day you came and the technician that worked on you. If you notify our salons of any issues outside of the warranty period, then you will be subject to paying for any repairs in full.

Acrylics

We guarantee acrylics for 5 days. If your acrylic nail breaks within 5 days, please let us know right away so that we can arrange a fix for you. Please go back to the original salon where you had your nails done.  If you go to another salon then you will be subject to paying for the nail fix. Please be prepared to let us know which salon you went to, the day you came and the technician that worked on you. If you notify our salons of any issues outside of the warranty period, then you will be subject to paying for any repairs in full.

Personal Items

B.A.B.Y. Nails & Wax are not responsible for personal items that have been damaged at our salons.  Please be extra careful when handling polishes.

Payment Methods

Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, B.A.B.Y. Nails & Wax Gift Cards and Contactless Pay are acceptable tenders for services and products.

Unfortunately, we do not accept checks or payments over the phone. 

Please note that when using prepaid debit cards or gift cards from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and other financial service companies, your card may temporarily add approximately 20% to your transaction amount. This additional amount will return back to your card balance but it may take up to 10 days. It is part of the terms and conditions associated with your card. B.A.B.Y. Nails & Wax does not have any control over this matter.

B.A.B.Y. Nails & Wax Gift Cards

B.A.B.Y. Nails & Wax Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift cards are non-refundable, but they are transferable. Additionally, B.A.B.Y. Nails & Wax is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized card use. ​

Refunds

Our services are subject to a non-refundable policy. Should you encounter any dissatisfaction with your service experience, we are eager to promptly address and resolve any issues. Kindly communicate your concerns to our front desk or on-site manager, as your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Please be aware that adjustments or fixes to services cannot be made once you leave. Your feedback is appreciated, and we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction during your time with us.
